  1. Its good stuff 4 Star Review

Posted by on 23rd Jul 2015

I only recently started to look into pre shave oils for regular use as part of the shaving process. I have used them in the past but only once and a while. I came across this shave oil while looking for a different brand of pre shave oil and decided to give it a try. I was surprised at how quickly I received my order and tried this oil right away. I was after a more traditional "barber" scent and this oil smelled more like S'mores to me. After a while I started to pick up on the more subtle scents and Cinder is an appropriate name for it. My wife also loves the way this stuff smells. To be clear the scent is not overwhelming, it is actually very subtle. Lastly but most importantly, it provides a pretty good barrier between the skin and razor blade. In the past I shaved once a week to avoid razor burn and bumps. Now I can shave two to three times a week and not worry about either.
